Currently, Faasos has 125 fulfillment centers across 9 cities, namely Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Vadora, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Indore. It clocks 1.5 lakh orders every month through its mobile app and aims to lift this figure to 3 lakh orders in the next 3-4 months, according to the firm. It also targets expand to 15 more cities by the end of the current financial year.
Faasos, which had received Series A funding from Sequoia Capital in 2012 and Series B funding led by Lightbox Ventures in the last financial year, claims to be the only vertically integrated food business player in the country. It operates all the three aspects of food on demand-ordering, distribution and fulfillment, according to Revant.
