Kolkata-based Mani Group, with interests in real estate, retail, hospitality, healthcare and education, has committed to build the tallest residential apartments in Bhubaneswar.
The structures, with a height of 84 metres and consisting of 27 floors, are coming up in the second phase of 'Mani Tribhuvan' residential project here where the Group has lined up an investment of Rs 128 crore.
“Hopefully, we should be initiating work on the second phase of our project in Bhubaneswar in 60-90 days after we get all clearances. We will build the tallest structure in Bhubaneswar”, said Sanjay Jhunjhunwala, chief executive officer,
