The partnership will enable MphasiS to foray into existing as well as potential market for real-time solutions around ‘data cleansing’ and ‘unique customer identity creation’ in its key focus verticals of insurance, banking & capital markets and telecom.
The company also said the partnership would also help it in developing a suite of customer centric offerings in fraud detection, claims, compliance, business intelligence among others.

The initial offerings from this partnership will include data cleansing with custom business rules, data enrichment and data de-duplication, MphasiS said in a press release. The partnership will see further enhancement of offerings with new features around data analytics.
These innovative solutions could be critical to a client’s end-customer segmentation and help them build customer centric offerings and service outlets, the company added.
