Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday said veteran Bharatiya Janata Party leader L.K. Advani's recent interview has drawn attention to his anxiety with regard to governance of the country.
"Advani ji is the senior-most leader in the country. If he is worried, then, all of us should pay special attention to it. We are just bearing with it," Nitish Kumar said.
Advani had earlier in an interview to an English daily said he did not see any sign in India's polity that assured him of any outstanding aspect of leadership, adding that he did not have the confidence that a situation like the Emergency would not be repeated in the country.
