Sam Kelly best known for his roles in 'Allo Allo' has died at the age of 70 after a long illness, it has been revealed.
The British actor's agent Lynda Ronan said that Kelly died peacefully after a long illness he "bravely fought".
Former Doctor Who Colin Baker paid tribute on Twitter to his colleague from drama school, where he described Kelly as a "lovely, funny, talented chap" and said that he could not believe that lovely Kelly had died.
Kelly also had a distinguished theatrical career which saw him take on roles at the National Theatre and Old Vic.
