Emaar India, the iconic brand and global property developer, scored big by winning the Developer of the Year-Residential and Employer of the Year awards at the DNA Real Estate and Infrastructure Awards 2017.
The company quadrupled its awards kitty at the glittering ceremony held at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai by winning four awards during the event.
Along with the Developer of the Year-Residential and Employer of the Year awards, Emaar India also bagged the Residential Property of the Year award for its Emerald Hills project, and the CSR Initiative of the Year by a Real Estate Firm award for its 'Guardians of Hope' Creche program. Emaar India was announced the winner basis a thorough scrutiny and judgment by a jury of leading real estate and infrastructure industry professionals from across the country.

With a renewed focus, Emaar India is giving impetus to accelerate development and enhanced deployment of resources for expedited completion of all its ongoing projects, to deliver 11,000 units by end of FY 2018-19. To achieve this target, the project teams have been revamped and labour deployment has been exponentially increased across its project sites.

The impact is already visible with Emaar India receiving Occupancy Certificates for more than 2600 units in the last 16 months, while the Company has applied for occupancy certificates of another 3,000 units.

These creches are presently catering to more than 450 kids every day across 9 project sites of Emaar India in Gurugram and Mohali, ensuring their proper growth and development with nutritious meals, doctors' supervision for growth monitoring and immunisation, and imparting education with innovative learning methodology to prepare these children for primary education.
