Russian President Vladimir Putin has officially divorced his wife of 30 years Lyudmila.
The couple, who have two adult daughters together, had earlier announced that they were seeking a divorce as they hardly see each other and have their own life, the Washington Times reported.
Lyudmila had also said that the divorce was amicable and they would "always remain close".
The president's spokesman Dmitry Peskov has also confirmed the news about the couple's divorce.
