Iranian authorities on Tuesday found the wreckage of a plane that crashed in the mountainous central province of Isfahan, killing all 65 people on board.
Helicopters belonging to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) discovered the crash site on Dena mountain, two days after the plane went down due to bad weather on Sunday, IRGC spokesman Brigadier General Ramezan Sharif announced.
According to the Iranian Red Crescent, search and rescue teams were being dispatched to the crash site, reports IRNA news agency.
The ATR passenger plane belonging to Aseman Airline crashed near Semirom, south of Isfahan province, when it was flying from Tehran to Yasouj.
All 60 passengers and six crew members of the plane were killed in the incident.
