: Mobile value-added solutions provider OnMobile today announced that it has approved a new corporate structure with Francois-Charles Sirois as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
The company also announced the resignation of Rajiv Pancholy as Managing Director and CEO.
After almost three years, Pancholy has cited personal and family reasons for leaving OnMobile and returning to Canada, the company said in a release.
OnMobile also announced that Sanjay Bhambri isPresident and Chief Operating Officer of India, Asia, MiddleEast and Africa; and Ignacio Martin Velasco is President and Chief Operating Officer of Europe and Americas.
The new structure is designed to sharpen the focus and address the disparate requirements in each market, it said.
"I am very excited to promote Sanjay and Ignacio to their respective roles of President and COO with full P&L responsibility for their respective markets."
"They both haveshown the strengths to appropriately lead and grow thebusiness with success," Sirois said.
Stating that he has been discussing his departure with the Chairman Sirois for several months, Pancholy thanked colleagues and the Board of Directors for their support.
