Agitating lawyers of the Orissa High Court today decided to continue their ceasework until adequate number of judges are appointed in the high court, a bar association official said.
The ongoing relay hunger strike by the lawyers will also go on, High Court Bar Association secretary Satyabrata Mohanty said after a general body meeting.
"The general body of the Bar Association will again meet on Monday afternoon to chalk out its next course of action," Mohanty said.

The lawyers are on ceasework since February 12 and have launched a relay hunger strike from February 19, demanding appointment of judges in the high court. Against a sanctioned strength of 27 -- 20 permanent and seven additional -- judges, the HC currently has only 16 judges.
A team of senior lawyers met two of the senior most judges of the High Court and apprised them of the concerns of the lawyers.
