The city police late tonight recovered two bodies, both male, from a nullah in the city.
Municipal officer Santosh Kadam said that the bodies were found in a nullah along Ambedkar Road near Parera Nagar.
The bodies were sent for autopsy at Thane civil hospital.
The deceased were identified as Bhika Borle (55) and Dashrath Mohite (60).
It was not known whether the bodies had any injury marks.
Vartak Nagar police are carrying out further probe.
