Anuradha Mahindra, wife of Anand Mahindra, can’t look beyond her husband when it comes to her favourite male.

Her opinion carried weight, not only because she is married to Anand for more than three decades but also because she is the editor of magazines such as Verve and Man’s World, which feature some of the most beautiful people of India.

Also the editor-in-chief of Rolling Stone’s India publication, the beautiful Anuradha has worked in the advertising world and was a journalist for 12 years.

Her aim at publishing these two magazines as well as Interiors India was to showcase Indian talent.

One of the best dressed movers and shakers in India, style comes naturally for Anuradha and she loves to flaunt a sari for formal evening dos.

An avid reader, Anuradha’s favourite authors include Murakami and Marquez along with the temperamental Naipaul.

A psychology graduate from Sophia College in Mumbai, Anuradha also has a degree in communication from Boston University where Anand Mahindra got a degree in architecture and films.

The former journalist put her talent to good use with her three magazines that capture some of the best topics in glamour – interiors, fashion and men.

With a sense of style uniquely her own, Anuradha has a keen eye for the best in couture in India and uses her magazines to encourage it.
