SJVN inks pacts for renewable energy projects

SJVN, a joint venture of Government of India and Government of Himachal Pradesh, has inkeda memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Salts Limited and Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited for construction of renewable energy projects in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.
 
SJVN has signed an MoU with Hindustan Salts Limited to conceptualise, implement, operate and maintain the ultra-mega hybrid renewable energy (solar & wind) park at salt pan land in Kharaghoda, Gujarat.Another MoU has been inked with Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited to develop solar power plant of 2MW capacity in Kotla, Himachal Pradesh.
