Moitra claimed that no draft report of the committee was circulated to the members and that the BJP leaders were reaching out to allies to ensure their attendance to adopt the report by majority
He also took a jibe at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and said that she is afraid that all the corrupt members of the TMC will have to go to jail
He also claimed that the country has been passing through a very "critical stage" and that democracy is in "danger"

"MPs have been suspended in the Parliament for asking questions for Rs 10,000. This (Moitra's case) is a more serious matter than that," Dubey said
In the letter, Moitra said she will appear before the panel on November 2 and will demolish the complaint of cash-for-query against her
