A glass of lime juice with aloe vera juice, sliced apples and a glass of milk on a weekday. On the weekend, it's aloo paranthas, pickle and curd, along with frankfurters and a tomato cheese omelette
Your workout regime
A run every morning at the Deer Park and gym sessions, two to three times
Your workday lunch
Rice, dal, vegetables, salad and curd, cooked at my studio for the whole team. Occasionally, a chicken curry

Deep sea diving in the Galapagos and microlight flying in South Africa
