Seeking to send out a message that the beauty of life lies in the present than hunting for it in the future, singer and actor Sonu Nigam was a part of a social experiment where he was disguised as a beggar singing on the streets of Mumbai.
The six-minute video called The Roadside Ustaad, made by YouTube channel Being Indian, shows Nigam singing his tunes and people stopping by to listen for moments before walking away. One onlooker went on to offer Rs 12 to eat some snacks, a gesture that touched Nigam a lot.

A similar instance happened in 2007 when Joshua Bell, an American violinist and conductor, played at the DC Metro station during a rush hour.
People took to Twitter to praise his performance.
