Stargate Investments has also sold 35,00,000 shares, aggregating to 2.52% of the total capital of India Cements, on September 19 in the open market.
"The shareholding of Stargate Investments after the said sale is 1,48,86,625 shares, aggregating to 10.74% of the total paid-up capital of India Cements," the release added.
