It owns certain proprietary software providing various business solutions in the financial sector, namely in the Mutual Fund segment, Wealth Management and credit risk space, it added.
At present, 3i Infotech scrip was trading at Rs 112 for a share, 3.2 per cent up over previous close, on the BSE.
