What does a travel-related company got to do with food? The answer is China Club, the first restaurant venture of Hospitality InterGlobe, a subsidiary of the Rs 790-crore InterGlobe Enterprises with interests in air travel management and airline reservation.
Hospitality InterGlobe, a division set up in August last year, has ambitious plans to aggressively enter the hotel and restaurant segment.
The company is already talking to a US-based salad and sandwich chain as well as a South African chicken speciality food chain.
