How the game has changed. A few weeks ago everyone was waiting for the next move by the Dabhol Power Company or by its lenders. Now, they are trying to figure out how the collapse of Enron Corp will affect Dabhol. Is the end now in sight? Or, is this the beginning of a new nightmare with the creditors of the beleaguered Enron Corp taking over the assets of the Dabhol Power Company (DPC)?
