According to an official release issued by ABG to the BSE today, the agreement entails cooperation in manufacturing, supply, repair and service of material handling equipment for containers and bulk handling projects.
With this agreement, ABG Heavy Industries could become a dominant player in the growing market for material handling equipment in India and other Asian countries, the release said.
