Kolkata-based media group Ananda Bazar Patrika (ABP), which publishes Business World, Ananda Bazar Patrika, The Telegraph, and owns stakes in Star News and Bengali news channel Star Ananda, is bullish on the internet businesses as it plans a slew of website launches this year.

"We are going to launch a website for classifieds this year, the technology aspect of which is taken care of at present," said Pramath Raj Sinha, managing director, and chief executive officer of ABP. The group launched its online shopping portal " thetelegraphstore.com "in June 2006.

The company is also exploring possibilities of launching a matrimonial website.
