Associated Cement Companies (ACC) has signed a share purchase agreement with Everest Finvest (India) for transfer of 74,00,020 equity shares of Everest Industries for a total consideration of Rs 99.16 crore.According to a release issued by ACC to the BSE today, the shares transferred represent around 50% of the equity capital of Everest Industries.
