Associated Cement Companies (ACC) today reported a 3% increase in February 2005 despatches at 13.72 lakh tonne as against 13.33 lakh tonne in February 2004.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, production moved up to 13.75 lakh tonne from 13.05 lakh tonne in February 2004.Cumulative (April-February) despatches moved up 8% to 149.87 lakh tonne from 138.81 lakh tonne in the corresponding period of the last fiscal. Production increased to 150.30 lakh tonne from 138.77 lakh tonne, the release added.
