ACC today said that it despatched 2.01 million tonnes of cement in March this year, slightly up from 1.92 million tonnes in the same month last year.
The company produced 1.99 million tonnes of cement in March 2009, recording an increase of 0.11 million tonnes from March 2008, ACC said in a release here.
ACC's cumulative despatch in the first three months of year stood at 5.64 million tonnes and production at 5.60 million tonnes.
