Adani Enterprises reported a marginal increase in net profit at Rs 570 crore for this quarter ended, 2011.
The net profit for the same quarter last year was posted at Rs 565 crore.
The company also witnessed a rise in its net income at Rs 9596 crore compared to Rs 5899 crore in the corresponding period last year.
At 1430 hours, the shares of the company were trading down by 1% at Rs 590.50 per share on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
