Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network today said its board has approved allotment of 1.5 million shares on preferential basis to persons in promoter group on conversion of warrants issued to them.
The conversion price is Rs 46.50, which includes a premium of Rs 36.50.
The company's shares were trading at Rs 60.15, nearly 5.07% higher than Tuesday's close.
