The board of directors of Aditya Birla Nuvo approved a rights issue of equity share in the ratio of 2:17, i.e every shareholder holding 17 shares will be alloted two rights shares.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE, the company will be offering 98,26,638 equity shares in the rights issue at Rs 793 per equity share.
