Construction firm Ahluwalia Contracts (India) today said its net profit in the second quarter declined by 12 per cent to Rs 20.11 crore, over the corresponding period of the last financial year.
The company had a net profit of Rs 22.89 crore in 2009-10, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The total income in the second quarter increased marginally to Rs 341 crore from Rs 340 crore in the same period in 2009-10, it said.
