Of these, nearly 70 per cent is likely to be signed for properties in Ahmedabad and around, said Suresh Patel, vice-president of GIHED. The show will see participation for national players like Unitech, DLF, Raheja, Reliance and Hiranandani. |

"Roughly about 1,000 properties will be on display during the show, which also intends to showcase the infrastructure and real estate development of Gujarat to attract more service industry from IT, financial, hospitality, health sector, townships and SEZs," said Patel. Apart from the 1,500 participating developers, the show would see around 3,000 developers from Gujarat and outside. |

Spread across an area of one million sft, infrastructure development projects of the state government and local authorities like the Ahmedabad Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS), Gujarat International Finance Tech City (GIFT) and the Sabarmati Riverfront project would also be on display. |

Besides, seminar which would include speakers from ministry, local authorities of AUDA and AMC, builders etc would form part of the show. |
