AI Express withdraws seat selection fee

AIr India Expressed informed agents on Monday it will charge for pre-selection of all seats including middle row seats

Air India Express has withdrawn the fee for pre-selection of seats barely a day after it implementing it.

"We have put it on hold. We are reviewing the decision," a senior Air India Express official said. He denied there was any instruction from civil aviation ministry to withdraw the fee.
