The All India Management Association is organising a workshop on Business Etiquette and Business Communications on December 14.
It will be conducted by Kenneth L. Price, regional director and principal trainer, World Learning for Business Asia Pacific.
The workshop is aimed at offering guidance on etiquette in a globalised business world. The module will provide guidance on what medium to use for effective communication.
