The All India Management Association (AIMA) organised a skills development workshop on Services Marketing in collaboration with the Business Decisions, Australia.

The workshop was aimed at people in the service industry who need to understand how to manage their businesses better so that the bottomlines are not affected.

Jo Luxmoore, service specialist & associate lecturer in marketing at Graduate School of Management, Griffth University, conducted the workshop which focused on management concerns and dilemmas related to services.

The thrust was to understand the differences between services and goods, why Services Marketing is not customer service.
