Air DD channels, Trai to operators

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) on Tuesday directed all cable operators in the country to carry Doordarshan channels on their networks.

According to Prasar Bharti's notifications, cable operators have to carry certain Doordarshan channels in prime band while a few other channels in non-prime band, Trai said in a statement here.
