Government carrier Air India was making operational losses of Rs 10 crore every day, civil aviation minister Ajit Singh told the Lok Sabha on Wednesday. He said Air India had to collect approximately Rs 574.67 crore from various central ministry as on March 15. "In the last three years, Air India has received Rs 114.4 crore from the ministry of defence, Rs 212 crore from Prime Minister's Office and Rs 113 crore from the ministry of external affairs," Singh said.
