Ajuba India's parent MiraMed buys Plexus Mgmt

MiraMed Global Services, LLC (MiraMed), headquartered in Michigan, the parent company of Ajuba Solutions India today announced the acquisition of Plexus Management Group, Inc.(Plexus MG) and Plexus Information Systems, Inc. (Plexus IS). The company did not disclose the value of the acquisition.

MiraMed Global Services.Plexus MGis a consulting service and practice management organisation catering mainly to hospitals and physician groups.

Plexus IS, is an anesthesia information management systems provider, developed Anesthesia Touch, an AIMS that works on an iPad and workstation, for use by hospitals, surgery centers, and individual providers.

Anesthesia providers can document their preoperative evaluation, intraoperative anesthesia care and post anesthesia discharge through an interface. Data capture, clinical decision support, and staff resource management are some of many additional features.

“This acquisition would further increase the scale of back end processes at Ajuba Solutions India,” said the company.

MiraMed, is healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO).

The consistent growth of the US healthcare industry has increased the opportunities of Ajuba Solutions. Currently employing 3,500 employees the number is set to grow by about 20 percent by the end of 2015.
