Kolkata-based steel manufacturer Ankit Metal and Power was listed at Rs 37.90 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) - a premium of 5% to the offer price of Rs 36 per share. The stock touched a high of Rs 38.40 and a low of Rs 36.50 in morning trades.The company had entered the capital market with an initial public offering of 1.19 crore equity shares, and had raised funds mainly to part-finance an integrated steel plant in Bankura, West Bengal.
