The company had clocked net profit of 6.71 crore in the January-March quarter of the previous fiscal, Ansal Housing said in a filing to the BSE.
Total income increased marginally to Rs 129.88 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal, as against Rs 111.90 crore in the same period last year.

During the entire 2012-13 fiscal, the company said its consolidated net profit increased to Rs 44.04 crore from Rs 35.88 crore in the previous year. Its income increased to Rs 453.42 crore, from Rs 421.79 crore.
Ansal Housing had acquired shares of four new companies -- Andri Builders and Developers, V S Infratown, Cross Bridge Developers Pvt Ltd and Identity Buildtech -- in December 2012 and these firms have become the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, the filing added.
The company is engaged primarily in the business of real estate and also running hospitality business.
The company scrip fell 0.87% to close at Rs 17 on the BSE.
