Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd, the real state developer, posted 35 per cent jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 31.60 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, 2009 as compared to Rs 23.43 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Total sales of the company grew by 15 per cent to Rs 186.34 crore as compared to Rs 159.34 crore in the quarter under consideration.
On standalone basis, however, the company’s net profit surged by 39 per cent to Rs 33.74 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 24.33 crore in the same period last year on a turnover of Rs 179.72 crore versus Rs 140.74 crore.
