Private equity investment group Apax Partners will invest Rs 426.4 crore in Apollo Hospitals Enterprise by subscrbing to 70,47,119 equity shares of Rs 10 each on a preferential basis at Rs 605.07 per share.The company plans to use the funds for meeting its growth plans of setting up new hospitals and expanding other healthcare facilities.It has also issued 15,49,157 warrants convertible into equity shares.
