APIDC Venture Capital Ltd has announced that it has would invest $1.62 million (Rs 8.1 crore) as seed funding to three biotechnology companies_ Bioserve Biotechnologies, Genomik Design Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd and Silico Insights.
