Asheesh Mehra, former Vice President and Head of Infosys BPO for Asia Pacific, Japan and Middle East, today announced Antworks, his maiden entrepreneurial venture for providing technical and business process solutions.

Headquartered in Singapore, Antworks will have a global footprint with offices in Singapore, Qatar, London and Mumbai to begin with. Antworks will focus on providing solutions primarily to the Healthcare and Financial sectors through two delivery models – BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) and TaaS (Technology as a Service).

"After spending 18 years in the industry, I felt this was the right time to take the plunge. I am looking at making life at Antworks an adventure for everyone who walks through the door. Antworks will be built on 3 distinctive pillars – FRESH: FEARLESS: FAST,” Asheesh said describing his new venture.

Co-founded along with technology and outsourcing veteran Govind Sandhu, Antworks has already set up a 200 seat delivery centre in Pune, India, which is live and operational.

“The USP of the company is its customer-centric approach. Driven by the principle of customer first, our aim is to maintain Zero distance from customers which enables faster and fearless delivery of fresh technology and business process, making the company an integral part of the customer’s organization,” Asheesh said.

Antworks is a culmination of Asheesh’s vision to create a company with the customer at its core. The company aims to foster a smart working culture, where the team will be stakeholders and not mere employees. Through Antworks, Asheesh wants to nurture future leaders for the technology industry.
