Asian mkts +ve, Nikkei up marginally

 Updated at 0755 hrs: The Nikkei was up 179 points at 17,631 in morning deals on buying in construction stocks, and the weekend rally in the US markets.

Other Asian markets are also in the green.

The Dow is within striking distance of 13,000 after the huge 150-pt rally on Friday.
