The company presently is into coffee and cotton plantations, cultivated plants, tea processing, production of spices and herbs, manufacture of oil cakes and sunflower oil.
On the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company's stocks were trading at Rs 92.40, up 5 per cent at 1330 IST.
