In the wake of reports that the Rs 2,225 crore Jet-Air Sahara merger has been called off, Jet Airways has clarified that it is awaiting regulatory approvals.An official release issued by Jet today said: "Jet Airways wishes to clarify that it is still awaiting all the regulatory approvals and the fulfillment of all conditions precedent."
