After undertaking branding and marketing activities for FMCG companies, banks and telcos, Axis Ad-Print-Media (India) Ltd has initiated talks with airlines and state governments for printing and branding boarding passes. |
The company presently prints and brands railway tickets for the Central Railway and will soon do the same for Northern, Western and South Western Railway. |
The company has been conducting branding activities for companies like Dabur, Garnier, Eno, Clinic Plus, Bank of Maharashtra and BSNL. |
According to Pradeep Gupta, director, Axis Ad-Print-Media, the company will now focus more on printing tickets and boarding passes, rather than on branding. |
"We have a state-of-the-art, RBI approved, secure printing plant in Navi Mumbai and we print railway tickets here. We are now in talks with several leading airlines and other state governments for printing boarding passes and other products like electricity bills," Gupta said. However, he refused to divulge the names of the airlines. |
