Bharat Earth Movers (BEML) has declared provisional results for FY04-05 with turnover touching an all-time high of Rs 1,916 crore inclusive of other income of Rs 53.85 crore. According to a release issued by BEML to the BSE, production totalled Rs 1860.04 crore while profit before tax (PBT) zoomed 444% over last year to Rs 272.16 crore.While exports stood at Rs 60 crore, the company has signed an MoU with Terex Corporation, USA for marketing high-end dump trucks of 150T, 240T and 360T capacities and with Bucyrus International, USA for 40 CuM. mining shovels, the release said.
