The Bharti group will undertake a fresh valuation of Bharti Televentures, its holding company for cellular and basic services, following the addition of nine fresh cellular and basic circles in its portfolio.
The holding company had earlier been valued between Rs 9,000 and 10,000 crore after the group received additional equity funds of $460 million from SingTel and Warburg Pincus in May this year.
The group is expected to commence the valuation process just before the company
