Bharti Group is planning to go for a "soft" launch of its life insurance venture in partnership with Axa Asia Pacific Holdings next month."We have received a licence for our insurance venture from IRDA, and we have plans to go for a soft launch in August," Bharti joint managing director Rajan Mittal, joint managing director of Bharti, said.Bharti is likely to finalise the overseas partner for its retail venture in the next couple of months.Mittal today said that the company would be in a position to finalise its retail venture partner by the end of September. "The company is talking to one US and two European retail majors - Walmart (US ) and Tesco (UK) and Carrefour (France)," Mittal said.
