Bharti Q3 net zooms above Rs 1,000crOur Web Bureau / Mumbai January 23, 2007Bharti Airtel consolidated net profit, as per Indian GAAP, has zoomed over 90% to Rs 1,033.34 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006 when compared with Rs 543.54 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2005.According to a release issued by Bharti to the BSE today, the group's total revenue has surged nearly 62% to Rs 4,928.18 crore in Q3FY07 as against Rs 3,045.18 crore in Q3FY06.On a standalone basis, Bharti today reported a 93.7% rise in net profit at Rs 1,043.69 crore for Q3FY07 as against Rs 538.68 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
